Your logo is the first thing visitors see. Listimia supports two logo versions for different header styles.
Understanding Logo Types
Listimia uses two logos:
- Default Logo: Used on regular white/colored headers
- White Logo: Used on transparent headers (shows up well on background images)
Preparing Your Logos
Before you start, prepare both versions:
Default Logo:
- Your regular colored logo
White Logo:
- White or light-colored version of your logo
- Format: PNG with transparency
- For use on transparent headers with image backgrounds
Setting Up Your Default Logo
When the theme is first installed, the header displays the Site Title next to the logo area as a placeholder.
Once you add your logo, you can remove the Site Title block if you don’t need it.
Steps
Go to Appearance → Editor in your WordPress Dashboard.
In the left sidebar, click Patterns.
At the top, click the Header tab.
-
Choose the Template Part you want to edit:
Header → Default logo (standard header)
Header Transparent → White / light logo (transparent header)
The header opens in the editor.
Default Header (Standard Logo)
Click on the Site Logo block.
This header uses the default WordPress Site Logo block.
From the toolbar above the logo, click Choose logo.
Upload a new logo or select one from the Media Library.
Resize if needed using the block settings.
If the Site Title is still visible next to the logo and you don’t want it, simply delete the Site Title block.
Transparent Header (White / Light Logo)
This header uses an Image block instead of the Site Logo block.
Click the image and replace it with your white or light logo.
Adjust size and alignment as needed.
Save Changes
Click Save in the top-right corner.
Confirm by clicking Save again.
Troubleshooting Logo Issues
Logo not displaying:
- Check that you clicked Save twice (pattern editor, then confirmation)
- Make sure image file uploaded successfully
- Try clearing browser cache (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
Logo too large:
- Resize by dragging corners in the editor
- Or prepare a smaller version
Logo pixelated or blurry:
- Upload a higher resolution image
- Use PNG format for better quality
